Maximize your strength training with a ton of variations to keep you working every muscle group. Use equipment such as TRX, kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, sandbags, medicine balls, or your own body weight. Push your limits in one minute intervals alternating strength and cardio to feel the burn.

We can train at your home, apartment gym, nearby park, my garage gym or at my indoor fully-equipped functional training location in Grayson, GA.

We can train at your home, apartment gym, nearby park, my garage gym or at my indoor fully-equipped functional training locations in Watkinsville, GA (Core Blend Fitness) or Grayson, GA.
1x Week – $50 per session
2x Week – $45 per session
3x Week – $40 per session
All training programs include a customized workout & nutrition plan based on your fitness goals. Also included is an all-access pass to the most innovative & effective online training plans available today. On the days we don’t meet you’ll receive workouts on your smartphone customized to your training program and equipment availability.
