We can workout at my 700 Sq. Ft. fully-equipped private garage gym in Poway, at your home / apartment gym or at any nearby park.

 

CUSTOM WORKOUTS
Also included is an all-access pass to the most innovative & effective online training plans available today.  On the days we don’t meet you’ll receive workouts on your smartphone customized to your training program and equipment availability.

FITNESS APP
Take your workouts with you no matter where you train.  Workouts are delivered right in the app and include complete instruction, warm-ups and video demonstrations.  Log your workouts and comment on specific workouts or send a direct message right from the app. 

NUTRITION TRACKING
We set your macro-nutrient goals based on your specific fitness goals and food likes/dislikes.  You can track your macros and we can review your progress and make necessary modifications.

Single Session – $60
10 sessions – $550 ($55 per session)
20 sessions – $1000 ($50 per session)

-2-on-1 Training-

Single Session – $35 each
10 sessions – $300 ($30 each per session)
20 sessions – $500 ($25 each per session)
